I ordered these two bracelets from pandora very excited just for them to come looking very munched used they were both scratch up and a bit dirty one of them I cannot get the best pics of but they are definitely not new I was sent a returned item for sure these are very much used

I’ve been wanting to purchase this bracelet for the longest time! I finally purchased it and I’m very sad that it came looking like they sent me a used one! For the price I paid it should not look used this is my first time purchasing from pandora I purchased two bracelet at the same time and they both looked used. Very beautiful bracelets, but they just came looking dull and scratched can’t get a good picture of the beaded one but will gladly bring it into the store so they can take a look
