Ive only used the product a few times. I dont use it every night but when I have a heavy meal I take this and I feel great in the morning. For someone who battles not feeling well when I dont eat a clean diet, its nice to know that when I dont I wont have to pay for it the next day. I am definitely not losing as much weight as I wanted reading all the reviews, but Maybe I should start taking daily to see what happens.

I was worried this product might not work but I noticed some changes.. Although I had a slight headache in the beginning, I still noticed reduced brain fog and thought processing lagging. I will def continue to use!

I used this product to sleep better and to help digest my food at night. Im sleeping better and it seems to have helped with a slow and steady weight loss. Love it.

I noticed an increase in restful sleep. Taken near bedtime, I began to feel drowsy quickly. I cannot comment on fat loss capabilities yet, but I have not increased my waist size while gaining a bit of muscular weight.

does nothing since I've been taking it. but I take every 3 days, so maybe I need to try daily? or twice a day? idk losing weight is hard
