Never received
I ordered two weeks ago, but it still hasn’t shipped. UPS has not received it. I called Macy’s to cancel order, but I haven’t received confirmation that it was actually cancelled.

Do not order from this company. It is a 3rd party vendor so customer service can’t even help you. After 3 weeks, Macys finally refunded my money.

I wouldn’t know if it is good or bad
Asking me to rate a product that hasn’t arrived yet is crazy. What’s even crazier is that customer service would not help me when the tracking available stated the item hasn’t even been picked up by the carrier. It’s been 7 business days.
