To soon to tell but so far so good

I feel confident in the company and quality of the product. My only downfall is that I've started getting headaches since I started taking it. They're getting worse, so I'm not sure what to do about that. I've only been taking it for 2 weeks, probably too soon to tell as far as energy goes. I think its getting better, but not sure it would just yet, since it's only been 2 weeks.

This is my two year personal journey with NMN. I started NMN because I was going through perimenopause. I work out daily yet nothing Sean to help. I had aweful brain fogs, fatigue, exhaustion. My mind was affected the most. I couldn’t think clearly any more. So I tried this for six month and everything was good during after a few months of taking it. So I quit because I thought it didn’t give e any energy anyways. I didn’t feel a big jump in energy. I stopped for maybe 4 month and that’s when notice y brain fogs was back. I was sore after my workouts, I was weaker instead of stronger. I was more tired. I didn’t think at the time it was because I stop taking NMN. After doing more research on this product, I decided to go back on it again. I started getting other things too for mitochondria health. Keeping the mitochondria healthy was my to go to feel normal again during perimenopause. It takes a while to work but with continuous use of this, I feel like I have my high school body back. I practice agility and speed along with strength training. The daily pains are not there anymore. Best part is having my mind back. It feels like drowning in a cloudy water with brain fog. But this product does help me with this. I hope this helps with any woman going through the same thing I was. It’s more than just strength, it’s and overall healthy body system and it won’t work overnight. But it does work.

Having more energy in the morning and through out the fay

I like the fact that it is liposomal mainly, but the added ingredients were the selling point for me. The combination of added supplements gives it more power.
