I ordered a XXXL but I was sent a Small. I sent an email to customer service who replied that I should send the product back and they will refund my money once they receive the product. There was no offer by customer service to make it right by sending me the correct size product I had ordered in the first place.
Looks like this is a common “mistake”. I received a different size, not happy at all. Will return it
Macy's should stop allowing this company's products to be sold on its premises. I ordered this coat in a size S and received a 3XL. I thought it was a mistake, so I went back and ordered a size S a second time, a week later, and received a 3XL. I couldn't believe it was a mistake; no company could be that incompetent. To find out if they did this on purpose, I'm actually already mad at Macy's.
Macys should stop allowing sales of this companies products on its sight. I ordered this coat in a small received a 3XL. As a test to see if this was being done on purpose I ordered a small a 3rd time received a 3XL. I truly believe they send whatever they have hoping it will not be returned. I can not believe Macys would endorse this shady company.

The jacket came in a size small. I ordered a 3x.
This jacket is made from beautifully finished suede leather on the outside and soft shearling on the inside. It’s got great hardware and a premium feel. The color is exactly as it looks in the photos. I’m 5’11” and 170 lbs, and the medium size fits me like a glove!
The experience is very bad.i had the wrong size of the jacket i ordered small size and they deliver 3XL and i call customer service 2 time so they can help getting the small size that i order and retain the wrong size jacket until now no body contact me or sending me the information to send the wrong jacket 3XL and get the jacket i ordered small.
So despite it being sold as mens jacket and having male model the XXL is a women's XXL. It says it on tag and you can compare to the actual company website, it's size 12us and 16uk women's. I think they just messed up because it's listed as mens on Furniq as well but they made it to women's size.
ordered november 25. UPS mailing label issued december 6. UPS says they still don't have the package from the retailer. Slow....slow........slower.......slowest.
