Bought it a month ago, I been feeling better no more hot flashes since week 1.

I usually hate taking vitamins but I thought why not especially with the listed benefits. The liposomal delivery system helps with absorption. There is no unpleasant after taste, and I like that with one pill a day I’m getting a four month supply. Looking forward to positive results!

As a person going through perimenopause, I feel that it is helping me lessen the unpleasant symtons. My period is shorter but more regular and ess painful and I am sleeping better at night. I also feel that it slightly increased my metabolism as well. I take it once a day at dinner and will keep taking it.

My breast specialist recommended I take a DIM supplement because I had a bunch of cysts in my breasts that caused a lot of pain. I also suffered from terrible night sweats that would wake me at night.
