I was initially sceptical to start these. I take one a day and this helps me max out my workouts! Im faster, recover quicker, and endure tougher workouts. Thank you Codeage! It says to take 3 capsules a day; I see a difference with one.

This is a great quality multivitamin. It has everything you need, easy to swallow, no aftertaste, and no stomach discomfort after taking it. I prefer this over my usual brand because their is a better quantity and balance of ingredients, and I've noticed a slight uptick in energy upon taking this new multivitamin.
