Шоколад Frango Chocolates 2 Pack 1 LB Milk Mint Box

I have no idea why Macys would complete with themselves by selling other chocolates. This is a unique product with chocolate, mint and a hint of saltiness to it. The very best candy made in the US.

The 2 boxes were totally melted when they arrived. ☹️. Should have included a cooling pack as I expected.

I ordered 2 boxes as gifts & felt horrible when they were opened. Won't be purchasing these again. Our weather hasn't been hot & they did not sit in my mailbox for any length of time. What happened is beyond me but they went into the trash

My favorite chocolates. I’ve spoke with CSR 3X and they said they could make sure they got to us unmelted.

Frango mints are delicious, and we have been buying them for years. However, I would not recommend ordering them online in the warm months. I believe Macys should have a warning on the web page indicating there would not be special packaging or shipping during the summer. They were packed in an ordinary box with no insulation, and took several days to arrive. They were melted and spoiled, and we had to throw them out. Very disappointing!

I have purchased these chocolates for several years and will continue to purchase them. They are delicious and make wonderful gifts.

Our favorite chocolate ever. Marshall Fields gave us this incredible taste treat that is unique among all chocolates. Even our friends from Belgium love Frangos.

I just opened one of my two boxes. We already gave the smaller box to friends as a gift. Both of the large boxes are all melted and in terrible shape. I have not talked to our friends about theirs. I see it says final sale, no returns. This is a joke. I have never had these mints show up in this condition. Whether it was Macys fault our UPS, I am really angry.

Don't buy in hot months! Mine arrived as a melted mess. What a sad waste of money and chocolate!
