I was very happy with my purchase. It is attractive. Useful has a nice locking feature. I would’ve rated it positively except that within the first couple months, the slide out handle started sticking and then totally broke soon after. One of the reasons I purchased this model is because it rolls and since I have some shoulder issues, I could roll this briefcase behind me, which was easier with my shoulder,. However, now the slide out handle does not work at all, so I have to lug this around, lift and carry it and it’s very heavy and cumbersome. Because of that, I am very disappointed in the product workmanship and expected more from the brand.
