Love the blue color and size of this carryon luggage. I plan to use this piece on a trip to Spain along with the medium checked mate. I like wheels and ease in pushing it.

Wheels seem like great quality but the interior room in these TravelPro bags, in comparison to other brands that are the same size, is a bit problematic - especially given the premium price.

Do not purchase from Macy’s thinking its an amazing deal. they are showing 60% off but it is full price if you go to Travelpro website

I love this, however, I just took it on a trip and carried it on both ways and one of the zipper pulls came off. I have the platinum elite soft side carry on and it’s still like new after many many trips so I’m hopefully to get this fixed and have no more issue. I love the compression of this bag.

A solid improvement from the previous generation. The materials feel better. . . especially the inside zipper (comparing to a Platinum Elite hard side large I also have). Will I replace the previous generation? No. But would I recommend this generation over the previous? Yes, definitely. All the zipper glide smooth both inside and the main outside. The TSA lock is easy to set, works as expected. The wheels are incredible smooth. I'm not sure I noticed an improvement with the magnetic functionality of the wheels (they can gently "lock" back into place), but it's not a downside. I've used this for two round trip flights thus far as a carry on and had no issues fitting it in American Airlines nor Delta Airlines overhead compartments. If I had to give it a con. . . the provided luggage tag is a bit "cheap" feeling. . . I'll swap that with one of my own. But no big deal. Also they advertise having an internal "tracker" pocket but there are no pictures. It's just a little inside pocket on the left-side compartment, large enough to fit an AirTag or similar tracker.

A supremely crafted, durable and versatile carry-on bag. Bought for my nephew’s graduation gift, which he will get a lot of use from.

This is my favorite hardside cary-on luggage! I have a few hardside carry-ons and this one is by far the best. The redesign looks phenomenal, the build quality is better than any other one I have. The construction and materials are perfect! I love all the compartments and zippered pockets. I also love that both sides of the luggage have compression tie down straps which allows you to compress 100% of your belongings as opposed to just one half.

This case is solid, light, well-built and rolls easily whether on 4 wheels or two. However, this model does not hold nearly as much as my wife's soft-sided counterpart. While it does expand about two inches, i had hoped to be able to use this as a carry-on holding what i need for a 4-5 day trip. In retrospect, I wish I had ordered the soft-sided model. Ironically, this case appears to be so well made that wearing it out will be far in the future.

I travel a lot and I did not realize there would be the differences I’ve experienced. Wow. The wheels travel effortlessly regardless of the surface they are rolled over; quite impressed. The hard case handles more items than I thought. This is a big win!
