I do not take it for every workout, but when I am feeling like I need to get the lead out, I have found that it has been very useful to have a quality workout. There is no strange aftertaste. The only thing is sometimes it does smell a little weird mixing but if you can get over that, it’s great.

Good product, but am considering canceling all of my subscriptions due to constant supply issues.
