The mat is beautiful and feels great. I use it for yin yoga and feel a bit spoiled each time I roll it out. My space is carpeted so for stability I use both a wide exercise mat with the yoga mat on top - works perfect. As indicated in the description, sweat improves the grip of the mat and I have found that to be true. Very happy with this purchase.

It is beautiful and doesn't slip on the floor. It does need to worked in make the mat less slippery

After years of hot yoga classes and at home mat pilates, my existing collection of yoga mats needed a refresh. I was excited to get a gifted mat from WeGym to test out a different mat material. I love that you don't need an additional sweat wicking towel on the suede mat to feel supported during hot yoga - and it's easy to clean! Plus, the color and design makes working out at home just a bit more fun.
Who knew a chic yoga mat existed? This is by far the best yoga mat I've ever used. Full disclosure, I was gifted this yoga mat by WeGym, but I assumed it would just be your standard yoga mat. Boy was I was wrong. First, there was no gross rubber smell to off gas when I took it out of the box. It feels almost luxurious, if you can call a yoga mat that. The suede is a softer texture that is great for grip, especially during sweatier workouts. It feels thicker/heavier and more durable than my previous yoga mats that eventually started to shed small rubber pieces everywhere. Overall I highly recommend this!
