My cups arrived early and intacted, no damage whatsoever. The cups were larger than expected and looked wonderful. I know my grand kids will enjoy them and so will I. I got them on sale at a great price.
My Lennox Christmas Grinch stackable cups arrived broken. Why were they not packaged better. Just a box. No bubble wrap! Why can’t I get my broken cup replaced? This is ridiculous. I purchased these for my Grandson. He uses his grinch apparel and dishes all year long. Shame on Macys for listing the item final sale non refundable. So basically they didn’t care what shape the product was in upon shipment! I will be sure to never buy final sale from Macys. Crooked!
I received an email to review a product I have not received yet. Ridiculous.
It’s a Xmas gift, but the recipient is a grinch collector and I know she will love this
This was delivered and one glass is broken. What am I supposed to do.
Upon receiving my package, their were 2 out of the 4 mugs that were damaged. I was really looking forward to having the complete set, but I had to return them and hoping to get them replaced. But they didn't have any in stock. One mug had a chip in the handle and the other mug had a broken handle. I was not happy.
I love these cups
They are so cute. I love it.
Just love these cups. Even though they are a little big, that's ok I will use them for my coffee.
Gorgeous gifts for friends around the holidays! I purchased for next year already! Bought 2 boxes at a fantastic sale price and split them up individually for my group of girlfriends.
