I bought this product because it was pure, free-form. What I forgot about was taste. It just has a bad taste. I will go back to my old product that is flavored. Fenix Nutrition L-Arginine Complete.
This product is pure, safe, and effective. I've paid more elsewhere for it, and wish I'd seen it here first. The purity of this product doesn't permit flavoring, so it may be difficult to maintain motivation to take it, which why the overall rating is good, even though the product is excellent. The vessel dilating effect is not instantaneous either, but within three weeks, especially with cardio, it should enhance anyone's cardiovascular system. A doctor recommended Arginine to me and I have not been disappointed with my results in the half-marathon.
You should know that this stuff tastes pretty wretched. I am drinking it in almond milk. The first two times were horrible. Last time I put extra stevia in and it was a little better but still pretty unpleasant. Got this because the capsule were so large and hard to swallow, still I would recommend them over this. I think I will order the caplets next time--they look smaller. Don't know if I will be able to get through this jar. My wife won't touch it after the first time.
Do not add just water this powder...you will not like the taste. One serving before a workout provided a slight energy level .boost
The product is OK but has a very bad taste. Next time I order caplets again!
I'm 57 years old. I take one teaspoon in the morning, 1/2 before lunch, 1/2 teaspoon before dinner, and one teaspoon at bed time. I feel my energy is at a higher level all day.
