Never received the item - I mistakenly got men’s Reef Flip Flops instead. I reached out to customer service about the mix up. They were able to send me the replacement shoes because they sold out of my husband’s size. I was credited, but now without shoes.

The materials and construction are clearly top-notch, reflecting the brand’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence. The only downside is that the shoes run slightly large, which is fairly common for loafer designs. I typically wear a size 10 or 10.5 depending on the style, but the size 10 felt a bit loose, so I’m exchanging them for a 9.5.
