It was mild enough for me to enjoy, as sometimes the different ingredient flavors can be too strong and be off-putting when you're sick. It did help me stay hydrated and help with my congestion. I don't know that it's saved my lungs but I do get a strong essence of eucalyptus and a hint of licorice. I suspect NOW will have trouble selling the tea without a rebrand -- the packaging looks quite clinical, which might prevent people from buying this to use as everyday tea.
