I am always happy to see something that helps with stress in the form of a gummy. I was impressed that I felt more relaxed after about a week of using the supplements. Especially since I have been dealing with some migraine pain that has been interrupting my sleep. They have a slightly sweet, fruity flavor which I actually like.
