First off, the box they come in is beautiful and makes for a beautiful presentation. The knives themselves are very well made and feel very sturdy in your hand. After trying them out they are clearly not only for show as they slice through anything beautifully and smoothly. I have been looking for any excuse lately to use them as they are simply a joy to use. We need to replace our other knives soon and I will definitely be looking to Schmidt brothers for those replacements.
