The skirt clearly had a damaged zipper and was package and sent to me anyway. I could not be more disappointed in Macy's. This type thing has happened before. I am no longer a fan of the company.
I just received this skirt.... thought it would b a heavy cotton.. but it is more like a light weight poplin. I am keeping it though... love the way it looks
This is very pretty and easy to style for casual and beyond. Note that it is unlined and the fabric, because it has so much stretch, must be dry pressed with a warm - not hot - iron. If you steam the weave will behave differently between the cotton and whatever else is blended in there and will leave a rippled effect that will never press out. The fabric wrinkles easily. I consider this a novelty not investment item. I am happy to have this piece for the season but I don't expect it to last into the next one.
