I've been using this multivitamin for two years! I've tried many others, but I didn't like the way they made me feel, and many of them gave me insomnia. This is by far the best multivitamin I've tried. It makes me feel good, doesn't negatively impact my sleep, and you can take it with or without food. Highly recommend!

Overall really like it. I can't swallow capsules, so I can chew this and it doesn't taste too bad. The only thing I don't like is the autolysed yeast. Wish they'd remove that.
