[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an okay medicine. My husband was on it for about 3 weeks and we didn't see much difference in his blood pressure. He has a rare bone disorder and the other medicines he's on makes him have high blood pressure he tried this and it might have lowered it a tiny bit but we didn't see any huge differences. The pill itself is an average size and it didn't have any terrible aftertaste so that was a plus. He also didn't have any weird side effects that he did get with some other meds.

Since its purpose is to maintain already healthy blood pressure, I can’t really speak to its effectiveness. The pills are somewhat large but fine. They do not leave any taste or side effects for me. I don’t mind continuing to use these when I want things like vitamin c and b12.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capsules are fairly easy to swallow and have no taste. I would take with food if your stomach gets upset easily. Won’t know how well it works until I have a cholesterol test in a few weeks.
