Bad experience. takes long time to cook. waste of money

The best rice cooker and steamer! Quality product for quality cooking!

My family eats a lot of rice and I have to make it so often. My friend recommended this rice maker and it has changed my life. Rice is always amazing! I will never use anything else!

This rice cooker was good for a while, but it died outside of warranty. It still makes rice, but the screen is totally messed up. I bought this expecting it to be a great long term purchase. If it does break, you will learn that they do not sell replacement parts and you have to ship it into a service center to be serviced. The closest one to me is 4 states away and has expensive diagnostic fees - it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Very disappointed in the long term value for the price of the cooker.
