Very disappointing quality. I bought the 3-piece version of this set, and the knives are not sharp at all. I contacted Cuisinart, but the replacement options they offered were in the same low-quality range and did not address the actual issue. Very disappointed with both the product and the warranty support.
Love the quality and the style. VERY SHARP. REPEAT VERY SHARP. I literately cut myself trying to remove the packaging from the set. So be very careful. Other than that, I love my new set of knives.
