Love it but it is damaged
the suitcase is very lightweight . I love it, but it arrived with dents on it and its a hassle because of my work schedule to return it

Arrived broken
Never used, arrived with a broken handle. But it felt very flimsy and hard to zipper.

Not for me
I dont like this suitcase. I hate the only one sided enclose zipped part snd the other side with that stupid band to hold stuff. Then the wheel is not fluid also, the bottom look like it will fall apart and i haven't even travel yet

Did not hold up during travel at all. Broken zipper on first trip.

Durable and light weight
Ok am quite impressed with the the luggage quality and durability. I had a recent trip to Asia and it is barely damaged. I will be buying more to replace my soft luggages

totally recommend ! great size, hard to find 32” luggage. Great material and light weight.

Great Product!
I needed a piece of very large luggage for my move. It worked great. Not too many 32" in the market. If you need to buy an extra-large, this is the one. I will get the same collection to get a carry-on for my 2-3 travel.

Zipper broke right away
Worst cheap suitcase I ever owned. I returned it and Macy's was great that way.
