the new ones suck now. look at how many reviews this lip balm has gotten on their jack black website. in the last couple of months all the reviews are on how bad the reformulation is. makes the lips drier, smells awful, and the tube is filled with 70% air yo
New formula is not as moisturizing as the old formula. With the new formula, my lips don’t feel the same. I would not recommend any longer
Glad I scored the original lanolin formulation! It outlasts my natural lip balms and delivers great moisture. In the Shea Butter scent the SPF taste is there, but tolerable; a different flavor would cover it up well. If you're a Sephora shopper needing sun protection, I recommend this. It's the cheapest SPF lip balm on their shelves. However, outside of Sephora, there are cheaper SPF options available. Purchasing online is also a gamble right now due to a newer formulation floating around that removes lanolin, the secret sauce for deep moisture. Unless you just want the budget SPF at Sephora, or know you're getting the original formula, standard pure lanolin or other SPF balms offer better value.
This is my holy grail lip balm, it stays on, a little goes a long way. I recommend this to everybody, I’ve been repurchasing it for YEARS

Smells good but sits on top the way lip balms with too much silicones tend to do. Not super moisturizing, but points for higher SPF than most.
absolute favorite lip balm of all time. currently on accutane and have been using tretinoin for the past several years. through especially dry spells with my skin and not knowing enough about skin care to properly care for it (e.g. properly hydrate it) my lips have been getting extremely dry for years now. this is my holy grail, i take it with me everywhere i go. recommend to literally everyone
