Shadow Insurance 24-Hour Eyeshadow Primer

I used this for more than a decade. The changed formular is more than disappointing. It doesn't spread that well as it used to be and the fragrance is too strong. Also, I think this re-dipping wand isn't that hygienic. It's disappointing that most very-well made products ended up like this. The only downside I experienced with the old ones was it could go rancid if it was old and I'm not sure if this strong fragrance is to hide the rancid smell? I don't know. I wish they bring the old tube with the original formula back

I love this product, it’s smooth, not too sticky, and really does hold your eyeshadow in place.. but the packaging is sooo bad like it will break no matter what you do!

Bring back the old formula! It was great, and the packaging was great. Why change something that people already love?

Loved the old formula. New one reeks of coconut. My eyes do not like the heavy fragrance, such a disappointment.

Used this for almost a decade but I feel like the formula has changed… my eyeliner (which has not changed in years) used to stay on all day but now it’s always smudging. This primer also leaves a light mark that I have to clean up with a q tip now as I only use this to hold eyeliner in place. What a shame.

Used this primer for many many years. Old packaging in a tube lasted forever. New version is horrible. Clumpy dry and doesn’t go on smoothly. Almost wonder if there’s even any product inside. Will no longer purchase

This new product + packaging is horrible. There’s a reason they said don’t fix what’s not broken : Toofaced messed it up by converting a perfect product to this useless senseless product and packaging.

This is trash. Please bring back the old formula and tube packaging.

It appears that the company doesn't prioritize its customers. There are many negative reviews about this product, in particular the packaging. It used to come in a tube; one would squeeze out a small amount of the primer and apply it to the eye. I still have the tube; however, it is almost gone. Now it comes with a worthless wand that wastes much of the product. I will not buy this product again.

I’ve used this for many years. The old formula got me through 30 hours of labor and my eye makeup was flawless. The new packaging with the wand is unsanitary and not as easy to use as the old tube. The new formula is too thick and doesn’t glide as well on the eye lids. I switched to urban decay which also has a wand but you can cut it off and just squeeze out the primer.
