i tried to ignore the reviews and ordered anyways but found this product did not add any moisture to my hair. It actually feels more dry after using the matching shampoo. I have tried emulsifying, leaving in, leaving longer, leaving on shorter. doesnt matter. It also does cause acne if you dont rinse your scalp line and back well after

I don't know why but the shampoo is different packaging which makes it easy to identify which is which in the shower but I don't like the shampoo packaging. I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes. I enjoyed the smell of this conditioner. I did, however, feel as though this conditioner did not do a great job of detangling my hair. It matted by hair up in the shower and I ended up losing quite a bit of hair after every brushing after using this product. I would say this is probably more suited for someone who does not get highlights. I would not recommend this product.
