Not as good as it used to be
The Perfect Cleansing Oil and the Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Oil used to be my favorite cleansing oils, with a slight preference for Shiseido because of the lower price. I would use either one as the first step in a double cleanse. I recently started a new bottle of Shiseido after finishing a bottle of Sulwhasoo and it’s not the same. The Shiseido is really hard to wash off and it feels gummy once you add water. I thought maybe I used too much, even though I used two pumps as recommended, so the next night I only used one pump and had the same problem.
