Previous formula was much better
I have noticed that recently the formula has changed, it feels differently, the color and scent has also changed. It's still good, but the original formula was superior. Too sad.

Was a little disappointed at the size of the bottle at first. The conditioner itself is pretty thin so need to apply quite a bit if you have med/long hair. Would definitely recommend getting the larger bottle. The product smells great and makes hair smoother

It's a small bottle for the money and unfortunately I think for the money they charge it should feel extra special. For me it was left my hair no different than a $7 dollar bottle of conditioner that I buy at the drug store. Sorry but it didn't work for me

Leaves a greasy film. Not moisturizing at all.
I liked the shampoo but this is a thumbs down. Made my hair feel like it had a film and greasy. Does not feel like it is moisturizing at all. The shampoo feels more moisturizing than this. This is a tough company to deal with too. They are rough. I recall once I called them about their spray oil that was leaking and they were very nasty. Didn't offer anything. A replacement nothing. I had to fight with them over it.
