Root Boost

I did not, nor will I get any incentives for this review. I have been using this root boost for years. Even when I try other products, I always go back to it. This products delivers exactly what’s in its title. If you are looking for root bust and want soft finish, this is it. I have fine, flat hair with no volume. This spray lifts my hair. What is more important, my hair is sosy. All the other products always leave my hair with hairspray texture. I combine it with the Marocanoil heat protectant. I do wash my hair everyday, my preference. A

I usually use the living proof heat protecter and I loved that one but I wanted to try this one since it was a bit less pricey! Unfortunately I’ve noticed way more tangles in my hair ever since I started to use this. Every time I spray it onto my hair it’ leaves a film like hairspray that then needs to be brushed out. After this I’ll be going back to my living proof leave in!

it works well, but increases how fast your hair needs a wash. It gives a waxy feel to your hair

First purchase delivered with broken aerosol. Glad I repurchased because product does lift my fine strands with minimal heat styling and Velcro rollers. Non-drying, not sticky and doesn’t sit on scalp.

Love all Moroccanoil products. This is my Go To product. Gives my fine hair a boost and it appears thicker when using Root Boost.

My hair naturally super flat but this spray makes it have so much more volume without compromising the shine and texture. It works so well and is easy to use for someone who doesn’t style their hair very often.

Test any can of Root Boost that you buy immediately after purchasing to make sure that it will dispense properly. Twice in the last 12 months I have purchased defective cans that did not work. Unfortunately both were purchased during Sephora’s twice yearly sales events, which I use to stock up on products I use regularly, and I went to use them 2-3 months after purchase. Because this was outside the 30 day return policy Sephora would not refund or exchange the defective cans.
