It was suggested I try this liner since the Stila liquid liner in brown was not in stock. Never again. The color does not flow despite the shaking and this started on day 2 after purchase. I should have returned it.
Like the other Pat McGrath black liners I've tried, this is the blackest and the most matte. And just like all the other Pat McGrath black liners, it dried out rather quickly. (The thick pencil is the worst) Yet, this looks so stunningly black matte that I am condemned to repeat purchasing because nothing else looks as good as this liner.
This is the best and most smudgeproof/ waterproof liquid eyeliner I've ever used. Also, it doesn't have any ingredients that I'm allergic to so it doesn't irritate my eyes. Thank you.
Absolutely loveee! I’ve been using this eyeliner for years. It is the only one that I use, it’s highly pigmented completely waterproof and does not budge.
At first absolutely loved the product! Glided on easily with a consistent finish. Unfortunately, after the third use the tip became dry. The tip of the foam brush bended and it was not useable. For the price point it was very disappointing.
I’m so sad because I LOVE this brand. I have hooded eyes that water on the outer corner of my right eye and I did my wing test. I tried three times and it watered off easier than anything else. Worse, I faded off on the other side within three hours.
I'm in my late 40s and while I have other skills, eye wing drawing is not my best skill. But, here comes Pat McGrath to the rescue. I'm not sure if it's because this eyeliner is the right size for my eyes, the applicator is the perfect material, the product is the right consistency or all of the above, it just works. I have used KVD and Urban Decay in the past without success. My eyeliner go to is eye shadow and a brush, but when I feel brave, I use the PERMA PRECISION Liquid Eyeliner.
I love this. I used to use the Clinique liquid “easy” eyeliner and since they discontinued it I have tried a succession of liquid eyeliner pens to find a suitable replacement. This is the first one I’ve found that I think is not only as good as, but even better. I do need to shake between applications but it goes on smooth and stays on perfectly until I take it off -even if I have for example been sleeping on a plane in the meantime.
This is hands down the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. It lasts SO LONG, and the application is always eve and super pigmented. Definitely worth the $.
I think it’s the best liquid eyeliner there is out there. Unfortunately people don’t follow the instructions, so then it seems dry to them. when I pick it up, I first shake it a couple of times. And then I take the cap cap off and it’s so rich and smooth and precise and full, and it lasts about 2–3 months with every day use. Just make sure you shake it when you pick it up and it will change your world.
