Smooth
It’s a good eyeliner. I wouldn’t pay full price prob. Easy to apply. Last a good amount of time. Washes off easily.

Pencils eye
I recently bought another brand which I bought all my life. Could not get the new one to even deposit any color on my eyelid. I love Urban Decay lipliner so I thought I would try the eyeliner. I live it. It glides on easily. Color deposits right on. The only thing I don't like about Urban Decay is when you sharpen with their sharpener it never works well. Most of your pencil color falls off and you can't get a nice point!

The great featur is the color, is just a wonderful
I really like the color is bright blue and I love it, What I don’t like is that it’s very breathable, hard to sharp and hard to find in the store. Sometimes I have to go to other Macy’s to look for it

Not good
Eyeliner was delivered past week, I opened it, started to use it next day & the tip broke off. I turned it up & there is nothing coming up. I plan to return it this week.
