Rose Quartz Facial Roller

This product broke after 3 uses, with one end falling on the floor and breaking. Not worth it.

It fell apart the first time I used it. Returning.

I only got to use it four times before it completely fell apart!! Soo disappointing!

It was nice the first 2 weeks, but then it broke. Don’t recommend. This is way too overpriced.

I took it out of the box and went to wash it before using it... and the larger roller immediately fell off before I even got to. I tried to put it back on and realized it doesn't even fit properly. The two gold bars that are supposed to hold it on are too far apart. It is too loose. Cheap quality and poorly made.

Just bought it, got it home, and took it out of the packaging… and it’s broken. Never got a chance to use it and probably will not replace if it’s going to break that easily.

Bought this item, thinking Sephora would stand behind their product. I left the country and it just fell apart while gone. Unfortunately, i missed the 60 day deadline (by 10 days) and was told both in store and on the phone essentially 'tough luck'. So the message i got from this was that they only stand behind their product for 60 days (mine broke apart 2 weeks after i got it) - and now ONLY 30 DAYS due to their new policy and though i've been shopping at Sephora for more than 10 years now, $22 is so precious to them they are willing to have a really unhappy customer who will never by their branded products again. See the review under mine for another shopper who had the same unfortunate experience. Sephora executives - you really that hard up that at least a partial store credit could not be issued? For those reading, if you need something like this go to Ulta - they have a stainless steel roller (that you can put in the freezer) that is much sturdier and costs $18.

Beautiful Roller. Loved at first but I think I ended up causing more blood vessel damage than good to my face. I would still recommend for those who can use them!

Hey!! Ok, I absolutely loved mine. I had it for a few months and used it almost every morning and night- and I was actually seeing results! I had it on a shelf and rolled off and shattered! I will be repurchasing, just be careful! !

Breaks so easily! I didn't drop it, didn't use it roughly, yet it broke just by pressing a big against my face. Anyway, I have had this for years but only now have started using it in the morning to prevent puffiness, and I love love it! My face feels SO fresh and woken up, it looks and feels better, and the product gets absorbed better. I highly recommend one of these rollers, and they do better when you put them in the fridge. It does warm up quickly and I wish it stayed cold longer. I have another one with a steel end that I use for my eyes, and that is colder and stays cold, so I think I will try a steel one next. But this is great and works well. It broke closer to the small side so I use both separately.
