I love Nars products and was so excited to try this- used it and then decided to sharpen… only for the whole liner to slide right out :( it was impossible to put it back in and for it to be truly useful after that, so it went to the trash. Very disappointe

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This used to be my favorite piece of makeup. when they made it a pencil that you have to sharpen, it destroyed it. The pencil breaks and it needs constant sharpening, wasting all of the product. Please bring back the original!
The best eyeliner I’ve used! Creamy, glides easily on my mature eyelids, easy to blend and it doesn’t budge afterwards. I have somewhat hooded lids, and I usually don’t get any transfer of color with this product.
I’ve been using this pencil for years. I love the way it’s so smooth and long lasting.I bought it here,and the cap was stuck. It broke and now is useless. Should have read the reviews 😔

Awful. Wasn’t long before it smudged. Used it for waterline and it did not stay. Will be returning it.
Dried product, can't easily apply. Thought it was just mine, but looks like all the other reviews that its just not a quality product.
I asked the Sephora staff for an easily blendable liner. This is not easy to apply or easily blendable. I have to push hard to apply it.
The worst eyeliner I've ever tried. First of all, I got some irritation right where I had applied the pencil earlier. It's red now and very sensitive to touch. Secondly, the color is not even brown but red. Not sure how it's still being sold or promoted by beauty influencers.
