This conditioner was way too heavy for my fine, straight hair. My hair felt like it hadn't been freshly washed after using this, and was super greasy. Had to return.
The smell! Oh my god the only reason I buy this one faithfully. You will not be disappointed. As for volume, it does help some. Coming from someone who has nearly lost all her hair due to being on medications for heart.
The Pureology Pure Volume conditioner worked great on my thick and tangled hair! I use a small amount cause a little goes a long way. I will definitely get this again when I run out but like I said, a little goes a long way so who knows when I’ll finish it.
I've been using this for over three weeks, I like how it smells and make my hair feels. My only concern would be the extra time it takes to wash this conditioner out, other than this, it does leave hair feeling smoothly soft.
I received this product complimentary from Influenster for my honest review. I have flat hair and am always looking for a shampoo/conditioner duo that will help with volume. I didn’t have the best results from the shampoo and my review for the conditioner is somewhat similar. This product definitely helps the shampoo out. I tried it for a bit but just wasn’t getting the volume and texture I was hoping for. After washing my hair it felt tangled and that’s something I’ve worked hard not to happen after having color treated hair. I just wasn’t impressed with my results from the shampoo and conditioner to add one of these as a staple.
I like this conditioner! I have never tried pureology products, and the shampoo was ok, I just felt like I needed to use a little bit too much to feel that my hair was clean enough (to the product’s defense, I have a lot of hair and is tick), but with the conditioner it felt like I didn’t need to use that much. Today I did not wash my hair and my hair was still soft. So I would buy it again.
Great but very expensive for what it is, but lasts a long time
I find the conditioner too thick and heavy on my hair. I bought this conditioner together with the shampoo. The shampoo tangled my hair so bad and i was hoping this conditioner will help. Sadly… no. As I mentioned the conditioner is too thick, it’s hard to evenly distribute on my hair so I had to quite a lot. Same with the shampoo, this product has very strong chemical scent. Seriously, the people who commented it smells good have a weird sense of smell. I guess bec most of the good reviews receive incentives from testing this product. And i fell for the fake reviews, so i hope whoever read this comment wont make the same mistake like I did. Oh, I forgot to mention that it also hurts in the scalp. :(
Did not provide any volume. Not worth the price tag. Returned Get redken volume injection instead
I received this product from Influenster to try. I did like the conditioner more than the shampoo. It left a nice lingering scent that lasted for a while after. My hair is thick so I didn’t notice any difference in volume when using this. I liked that it protected my color treated hair but I’m not sure it’s the best for me.
