Ordered this in the liter size and it came without a pump. I contacted customer service and they said the pump wasn’t included. It was $3 to buy one BUT it’s not sold at Sephora, Bumble and Bumble. It was explained to me this is intended to be a squeeze bottle. Was
This is fine as a wash out, but if you have fine wavy to loose curls this will be your best friend as a leave in. I’ve gone through 2.5 so far in the last year and a half so each bottle lasts a good amount of time. When styling, I’ll use this instead of curl cream and follow it up with a gel and mouse, but alone this also works great for treating frizz and adding some shine and moisture back into my very dry hair. Definitely recommend trying.

I’m obsessed with this product. I don’t normally get more than a day of good hair but B&B delivers exactly what my hair needs. Someday I would love to try the invisible line and compare the two.

Great conditioner, super hydrating even for my fine straight hair
I have curly/wavy hair and this is a chefs kiss of a product - love that it can be used in a variety of ways and works phenomenally no matter how you use it. Bottle is kinda small and expensive for how quickly I use it, but I think it’s well worth it.

This stuff is amazing. I leave it in and then go over my hair with their hyaluronic lotion. I have never worn my 3b hair down unless I straightened it, since I was a child. Controls frizz and defines curl and my hair feels soft and hydrated even in humidity.
I have long (mid back) 2b/c curly hair with pretty bad frizzy and damage from styling (like breakage not heat damage). This condition is just ok. I don't think it really did anything special for my hair, it didn't make it feel softer or less frizzy. I feel like I get the same results from a decent drugstore product. Plus it's so expensive for just a small amount. With my hair length I need at least two quarter sized globs of this stuff to feel like it's enough and the tube goes way to fast. Overall not a bad product just not nearly good enough for the price. Plus I really don't like the smell of this line. Won't buy again.
