Love this stuff. I use it on my long, fine, thick, frizz-prone hair before blow drying and curling. I only use a pea-sizes amount (and I have a lot of hair) but that is all I need. If I forget to use it, my ends feels crunchy when curling in comparison to when I do use it. Definitely does all that it promises!
I really like this balm! It’s worked well in the 90 degree humidity in NYC, even when I don’t wash my hair for several days!
I have very frizzy long hair but don't have a lot of hair and don't want it weighed down. It did not take much of this product to distribute throughout my hair. After I blow dried my hair, it was much smoother than it normally is. The smoothness remained throughout the day without flattening it out. I received this product from Influenster and IGK for my honest review.
I have very thick, long, color treated hair. I also used this product with the IGK Anti Frizz spray. This balm is applied to wet hair it is a bit difficult to make sure it’s evenly dispersed. I did not love the way my hair felt as I was drying.. it felt thicker, more weighed down, and the texture was odd. Once dry the top portion near my roots was noticeably smoother, but the ends were pretty frizzy, I definitely needed a follow up with a straightener which I had hoped to avoid. I do like that this product helps protect hair from heat damage up to 450 degrees.
The smoothing balm definitely wins in a head to head competition with the Good Behavior Smoothing Spray. Unlike the spray, it makes my hair feel moisturized and gives it a good shine. It’s really helped with the frizz and flyaways. You can overdo it where your hair will feel greasy so use sparingly
I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I absolutely love this product. I have very fine long hair and this has kept my long ends smooth day in and day out. I’ve found a little goes a long way with my straight hair but the smell is fantastic and has actually prevented my hair from tangling as well.
Obsessed with this blow out balm! It comes with built in heat protection which is huge for thin haired girls like me (more products used the “heavier” hair seems). The packaging is also really cool. The top does not come off, meaning it won’t get lost lol! Highly recommend
Doesn’t feel like same formula. I am not seeing same softness. I used to feel it’s holy grail but it feels cheap now.
My hair stylist recommended this product and it’s changed my life. I have wavy frizzy hair and it smoothes everything out &makes my hair feel thicker. I apply after a leave in conditioner. I don’t think I can live without this now
it makes my hair feel almost sticky and it adds volume when i don’t need it. Probably a perfect product from those that are looking for texture and volume! Just not a smoothing experience for those with a lot of hair
