I've been testing this product over a few weeks for all-day wear when I'm out and about the house, and so far I've really been loving it! The Minimalist stick layers beautifully on top my skincare base, but I've definitely found that a layer of hydration before works best. It especially goes great with Merit's Instant Glow Serum, but any extra-hydrating moisturizer/sunscreen works great. Personally, I think the easiest and quickest way to blend this out is with a dense foundation brush; I never have any streaks or feel cakey afterwards. Works great for minimal, clean-girl makeup looks but also holds up if I'm adding a bit more product on top. Normally I prefer liquid products for my makeup base so using this was a pleasant surprise — And I can travel easily with this in my purse!
This is the perfect product if you are a true minimalist. When I was first getting back into makeup I didn't know where to start. What gravitated me towards Merit was this product specifically. It is so simple and easy to use, you could layer this product as much as you wanted, and is a part of my everyday routine.

This is the multipurpose complexion product that I have been searching for. It can be used as a concealer after tinted sunscreen in the days where you just want a natural, quick, put-together look; or it can be used as a moderate converge foundation for a full glam. As an oily skin person, I also occasionally use glowy finish products for some days, but most of the time I go for a natural finish product, like this foundation stick. It’s very easy to apply and blend, feels light on skin with a natural finish.

I’ve tried a number of coverage products, especially for under my eyes. This is the first product that looks like it just melts/blends into my skin seamlessly. The color match on the website was spot on- it lightens my under eyes and doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. So stoked about adding minimalist to my routine!
I've been through at least 2 of these foundation sticks. I love that it's a dual use concealer/foundation, it's so easy to use and easy to pack. Lately I'm loving it for taking on the go to put on my makeup after the gym to get ready for work. It's so effortless and evens everything out. truly my skin but better!
Good coverage. I do wish it was a bit creamier but expected with a stick concealer. I tend to have dryer skin, so definitely need to make sure my skincare is moisturizing for it the product to sit right
