Good for colour, less for hydration
This is quite good for brassiness, and leaves hair fealing light, but is not as hydrating as other products for bleached hair (I use Olaplex no3). I will probably keep using both.

WORKS FOR ME
I’ve been using this product for a couple of months now, my hair is highlighted & toned blonde and I try to maintain an ashy shade of blonde. I use purple hair products in the shower, but when I add this priming hair serum to damp hair, I swear I see it tone my blonde before my eyes. It especially helps with the lighter pieces around my face. It also seems to make my hair air-dry much faster than usual. I really like this product and it is effective in my hair.

It is the only heat protector that doesn’t leave my fine hair greasy. It gives my hair a nice shine, body and smells good. . I don’t know if it tones down the brassy blonde tones but I still like the product. It is expensive, but I only use 1 pump when I apply it. I wash my hair 3-4. times a week and don’t use it between washed. I think it will last a while. I was wasting money on heat protectors that I didn’t use because they left my hair so greasy and limp. I decided it was worth the splurge. My husband agreed with me. He thought it made my hair look better and was worth the money.

This product is meant to treat hair without causing brassiness. When blonde sometimes you add a treatment or oil and the product makes your hair look golden or Brassy. This product protects and treats without changing the tone of your blonde. Great product.

This product worked just fine for styling. But the purple color is really light and has limited impact. I’m not going to return it, but I wouldn’t buy it again. Try IGK purple drops. Much better.
