Fulvic Acid Brightening Cleanser

The cleanser does not do its job at all. Not even basic cleansing. Skin felt same as before cleansing. Would not recommend this product at all.

Originally went with 2 stars after the formula change based on the memory of what it was, but after talking to the company I’d give it 0. They completely denied any formula changes or batch errors when I reached out (my skin had a significant reaction to the new formula and I wanted to know what it was that caused that). Given that basically every single Sephora review in the last year for this product is talking about how the product is completely different the company def knows, so either they changed the formula and are lying about it, or they’re having batch issues and doing nothing about it. Either way I’m not going to be trusting a company like that for anything that goes on my skin. The new formula is notttt safe for sensitive skin.

I might be wrong but I thought this product used to come with a pump, the formula is so watery that once you open it all the product drips down and it is a waste. This used to be my favorite cleanser. The cleanser doesn’t feel as refreshing as it did a while ago

This has been my holy grail for 5 years, but my recent purchase is watery and makes my face feel dry and itchy. They need to change it back to the old formula or something

Used this for years but sadly demoting to <1 star because the formula has changed. It's very watery, doesn't foam well anymore and it makes my skin dry and itchy.. Contacted Inkey List directly letting them know I like the old formula and I'm naively/optimistically hoping enough people reach out for them to bring it back

I have been using this product for a while I think it’s my 4 time buying it. It has travel all over the world with me. I love this product. It’s Doesn’t have a strong sent. Easy to use my face feeling great after wash. I use it to remove my-make up up make up as weak

After using this product for several years, I'm extremely sad to write this review. I didn't want to believe other reviews, about formula changing. More specifically, the scent, it's oily, runny. I do not like it at all. Now I have to search for something else.

One of the best cleansers I’ve used. My skin is super clear now. I use it with acne stress control neutrogena cleanser

I’ve used the same cleanser for years i used to love it! i feel comfortable saying the formula has changed and now it is very liquidy, and doesn’t do much now, im very sad to say i might have to look for something else

Used to love this cleanser but I think ingredients have changed doesn’t have the same color and is very liquidy now don’t like it
