53 year old female with highly sensitive, eczema prone, allergy suffering skin. I absolutely love the essence, serum, both eye creams, and moisturizer. 5 stars for each one. Best line out there. I don't know why there isn't more buzz out there because this is the best. Skipped the cleanser as it is expensive, subpar ingredients (especially considering the quality ingredients in the rest of the line), and you wash it off.
Out of the skincare products Hourglass launched, this one is my absolute favorite! I love essences and they are an essential part of my skincare routine because my skin is constantly dehydrated. I was shocked to see such a lovely list of ingredients and no scent upon opening the bottle. The liquid is very viscous and feels lovely on the skin. It’s keeping my skin hydrated and happy! The best!
Essences are one of my favorite steps because they add so much plumpness to the skin when used correctly. I had high hopes for this given the price tag, and I was not disappointed. It has the classic thick water texture of an essence, plays well with other products, and adds an incredible amount of hydration to the skin. This is the standout product of the lineup for me and one I keep reaching for again and again! Highly, highly recommend!
Love the hydration I get from this essence. It’s lightweight and soaks into my skin after washing. Love that it layers well under moisturizer and makeup - no sticky residue either. My skin looks brighter and I’m excited to see the long-term results.
I didn’t expect it to be a thick consistency. It’s not hydrating to the skin at all and made me break out with 3 large painful pimples
Hydrating… lightweight.. and for acne prone skin!!! Use this both day and night and on my 2nd bottle now and definitely see my skin being more hydrating when I add this essence as my first step in my skincare routine. Definitely worth it!
A true star in the skincare world. I thought my skincare routine was great prior to this product. However, after introducing it into my routine I've noticed how much of a game changer this is. It perfectly replenishes my skin, while also acting as a perfect "primer" for treatments. I have definitely noticed the improvements with my AHAs and BHAs since using this. Highly recommend.
The best essence on the market! Scent-free and hydrating; no wonder it won an allure beauty award. The only thing that could make it even better is if it was a clean product. Expensive but it lasts a couple months and it beats SKII essence, Juice Beauty green apple essence and Glow Recipe watermelon essence.
