[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] As a sensitive skin girly, this did not irritate me at all! I’m always nervous with chemical exfoliants but this is super gentle as it says. I’ve only used it for a week so far so I can’t speak to long term results yet- but my skin is definitely feeling smooth! What I appreciate the most though is that it’s a gel and not a liquid toner, so it’s hydrating and not drying at all.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] After using the Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 1% BHA Gentle Exfoliating Gel every other day from August 8 to September 22, I’m impressed by how comfortably it performed on my balanced-to-combination skin with rosacea. The mid-weight gel sinks in quickly but leaves a slight tack and drag, so despite being called a toner, I prefer to use it after my liquid toners, essences, and lightweight serums. Most importantly, I experienced no noticeable irritation or sensitization throughout testing. The results have been subtle but worthwhile: my sebaceous filaments appear less prominent, and my pores look more refined, leaving my skin clearer and smoother overall. I especially appreciate that it gives me the benefits I want from a BHA without leaving my sensitive skin feeling over-exfoliated.

It didn’t irritate my skin at all, even when I used it twice a day. I’ve been using it for close to a month, so I feel like I’ve given it a fair chance. It does have a slightly medicinal smell, but I didn’t find it unpleasant or overpowering. Unfortunately, I haven’t noticed much of a difference in my skin. My pores look about the same, and I didn’t see any noticeable improvement in texture or skin tone. The price for the amount you get is comparable to other toners I use, so I may purchase it again. But this one exfoliates my skin , i started just twice a week but now i am using three times a week. My skin has uneven texture but now after using continuously 2 weeks little better. Must needed for my skin routine because if our skin texture is good you don't need to wear makeup. Skin care is important . Its consistency also good. Skin looks clear no bumps.

In fact it was actually very moisturizing and soothing it left my skin feeling soft and supple with of course the added benefit of chemical exfoliation. I’ve been seeing it for months on top beauty reviews, but hesitated to buy it because I have other products I needed to use before I let myself buy more. I wish I had tried this sooner. I have sensitive skin with large pore and this has been a miracle worker on those and fine lines.. with zero allergic reaction.
