Addresses specific needs
This is an outstanding once a week or so treatment for my curly hair. It will work for you if you have the same issues as me 1. Prone to over-moisturization from frequent washing 2. Greasy scalp 3. Need for protein for your curls but not a heavy protein treatment lacking moisture. Basically this stuff, on days I clarify, gives me a little bit of moisture and a kick of protein without knocking my hair out of its protein/moisture ratio. If you need a lot of moisture, try a different mask. There is a segment of us curries with these issues and this is HG for me, which means in the future I’m sure it will be discontinued. I like that I also get great results with this just using in the shower for a few minutes, no need to sit with a heat cap.

It’s really light and refreshing which is great for fine hair like mine. But definitely only put it on your ends. It makes your scalp super oily otherwise. If you have very damaged hair you’ll likely need something more intense than this mask. It’s hydrating, but not super hydrating.
