This was about an hour and a half after application of the liquid product. I can’t comment on the quality of the crayon because it fell out before I could even try it. Now I see why it was 50% off!
Horrible smell ! two stars because of the colour !!! texture is awful smells weird. I don’t really recommend this product.
Worst. Eye crayon. Ever. See other reviews; dry, falls out immediately, sparkle end doesn’t blend well and has inconsistent coverage. You have been warned.
The eyeshadow stick side is so hard you’re rubbing a rock on your eyelids. Even if you rub it your finger to “warm it up” your left with a blotch and more product finger than eyelid. Shimmer side is water with no shimmer
The crayon side is SO dry and you have to literally hurt/pull your eyelid in order for it to give you even just a little bit of color. Does not glide at all, i really think any review saying it “glides” is a fake review. It almost feels like it dried out while left uncovered if that makes sense? It’s so bad. The glitter side is great, but that’s not enough when half the product sucks.
Doesn’t apply smoothly. Sticky. Tried multiple times. Threw it away!
This product was awful. No wonder it was on clearance. Very dry and the liquid and had no stick to it. 
Crayon end is dry, does not transfer color to lids.
The glitter side was okay but the pencil type side was dry, color doesn’t transfer.
Horrible. The crayon part was so hard … not easy to get the color to show
