Honey Potion Plus Ceramide Hydration Mask

I used once and hated the feeling on my skin. Not for me very sticky and gross feeling. I think it made me breakout as well.

I have rosacea and sensitive skin and this mask calmed down my skin quickly! I was very happy with the way it left my face soft, even, and hydrated. I was surprised to see so many reviews saying it burned and irritated their skin. It’s in my top 5 masks for me.

Now I got this product a while back when my skin was very acne prone and inflamed. I got it in a set as a birthday gift and it worked wonders. To clarify, my acne was hereditary, but I did not have super sensitive skin, so if referencing some of the other reviews claiming that it "burns", I did not have the same struggles. This mask was the only thing that would reduce my acne, which I am assuming happens because of the honey (honey is good for reducing inflammation). To put my acne into perspective, although this mask worked REALLY well if you wanted to reduce your acne overnight, it was not sufficient in the long run and I did go on accutane (but this proves that even though my acne was bad, it did help and I did not get any sort of burning or hives). The only reason I was hesitant in buying again was because of the high price point, but I decided to splurge and now I totally remember what I was missing out on! BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT WORKS WONDERS!!!

This product is moisturizing, but I have sensitive skin, so it does irritate my skin when i first put it on. I have not decided if I will re-purchase yet, but it does do what is says it's going to do!

I have been using this mask for hydration for years and love it. Unlike most hydrating masks, I find it deeply hydrating, not just momentary /superficial.

I wanted to like this since I like the clean ingredients and honey in skincare, and the idea of the product, but it didn't really moisturize my skin much. My skin still felt kind of dry afterwards. Pros: The packaging is pretty and looks/feels expensive. It's a heavy glass jar with a wooden lid. It comes with a metal spatula and the lid has a built-in magnet so the spatula stays on. Cons: Didn't make much of a difference to my skin.

I’m another reviewer warning you not to try this on your entire face at once. It burned me and left me red and swollen for the day. I got it as a sample and will never purchase.
