I love this moisturizer! Has spf in it and smells amazing. I have very dry skin and this hydrates me so much. What i am disappointed about is that it looks like you would be able to take the compartment out and replace with a refill.But there are no refills you can purchase?
They charge you extra money on these bottles with refill pods but don’t sell the refill pods so look up the prices of bottle with refills & without refills & see difference in prices!!!
Its far from moisturizing. Ive had to reapply multiple times just to feel some type of moisture. My skin does not feel soft and ive broken out in my chin and neck area.

Makes you look greasy! I wouldn’t recommend. I use all Shiseido products and I love their products, but this isn’t good. Thick greasy and sticky after you put it on. I wouldn’t buy it again.
I really love this product. I have struggled with acne for years and this was the only day moisturizer with SPF that didn’t cause breakouts. As I get older, I am also looking for super hydrating products, and this is rich without feeling thick and gunky. I do like the Benefiance moisturizer the best, but it’s so pricey so when I am feeling poor, I go for this one ha!
Shiseido makes great skincare products and this Essential Energy Cream is no exception. Love the SPF coverage and Hyaluronic Acid boost! This Hydrating Day Cream glides on like butter and feels like a bright dose of energy to even the deepest layers of my skin. So hydrated I feel like I’m glowing!
Loved this product as a very good Morning routine moisturizer. I added it under my makeup it wasn't oily or greasy and didn't have a ghostly cast that can come from anything with an spf. As a black woman that's important, not tryna look CASKET SHARP.
