Just meh. It’s too greasy and smells weird to me. Nothing beats the original balm this formula replaced, and I hope It brings that back soon!
This used to be my absolute favorite makeup remover. However, it has completely changed for the worse. The new formulation is simply terrible! 💔😔

I’m so impressed with this product! Between the vitamin c and rose oil it leaves my skin glowing and sooo soft. It melts easily and takes away all makeup. A must have for me now, will definitely repurchase!

This cleansing balm removes makeup completely. It smells good and feels luxurious on the skin. It is in a good size container and will last a while.
my sister got this for me. I've used the elemis, farmacy and luxury brand versions. this instantly melts away makeup, doesn't irritate my eyes! I can use it on my eyes and even before rinsing my eyes are completely fine. also I like the way it washes off my face feels pretty decently clean I am like a combination and can be oily and can break out so I always do a double wash but I only really wash that T-Zone area. I will say though after I use this my skin feels so clean I'm only doing a double wash because my skin gets congested. but I love those this is literally hands down my favorite of all of like the melting bombs to remove makeup
I got two for one so decided to try it… my favorite cleansing balm has been Elemis for years. This is a decent product. Removes most makeup well. Not as good at removing mascara but reasonably well hydrating. My mature skin does not feel dry after using. Normally, I like scented products, however, this product smells like a rose Glade air freshener my grandma used in the 70s. The scent is overpowering. as hydrating as Elemis but it is not drying. The rose scent is overpowering and I won’repurchas
