It took around 2 washes to really notice a positive change in my hair, but after using this for 2 months, my hair has grown significantly longer. It is softer, shinier, healthier. For all you ppl saying the bamboo holder molds you have to air it out after use and DO NOT leave in shower!!!! Anywho I’m going on 2 years with my original holder and I will only buy the citrus scent it lasts for days after washing my hair. It takes the grey hair away keeps my hair healthy. I highly recommend this shampoo and conditioner it’s amazing.

So far I’m loving it! Wish the smell would last.
Smell is fantastic, but I don’t notice it in my hair after rinsing. Surprisingly, my thin hair felt thicker and stronger after just one wash. The bar lathers easily, but I make sure to thoroughly wet my hair before shampooing. I rub it in my hand for a second or two and then directly apply it to my hair. Keep in mind that you may need more water when using shampoo bars compared to liquid shampoos to achieve the same lather effect. The conditioner takes a bit longer to penetrate, but it works wonders if you let it sit for 3-5 minutes. These bars are more convenient for the gym than travel bottles. I allow them to dry slightly before placing them back in the bamboo steamer baskets. I don’t keep them in the shower—more of a carrying case. Let your bar dry while you get ready, and then store it in the case. If you prefer a shower holder or a wet case, don’t use the one that comes with the bar.
