Weightless Curl Bonding Hair Oil

Amazing hair oil. Love that it’s silicone free but still leaves hair shiny. Also, it smells nice.

"Gifted byCurlsmith" Considering that the first five ingredients include shea butter, olive oil, and castor oil, this hair oil is very lightweight. The consistency is probably on par with baby oil, almost watery in consistency but still a smooth texture. The scent is light and luxurious. The instructions say to use it on dry hair and I can't stress enough that oil is not a moisturizer. Oils lock in the moisture so it's important to first use a liquid or cream moisturizing product and then use oils to seal it in. I have natural, type 4 curly hair and I did not notice an immediate difference in my hair. I'll follow up and update the review after some prolonged use.

I love this oil. It’s lightweight and makes my hair sleek. I prefer to use this when I’m heat training because it keeps my flyaways under control. I have also used this when my curls are in their natural state and it’s great for frizz control, as well. I definitely recommend this! This was gifted by Curlsmith.

This is one of my favorite hair oils, especially because I can use it in multiple situations. I use this oil on my hair to break my gel cast or whenever I feel like my hair feels dry. I also use this oil whenever my hair feels dry or if I need a healthy looking shine. I have used this oil on my family members and they all love it too. Luckily for me, I received this complimentary from Curlsmith.

If heavy fragrances give you a headache I'd stay away.

I have 3A curly hair and was excited to try this hair oil. It did nothing for my hair. Then it broke inside my toiletry bag for seemingly no reason and got glass everywhere.

So heavy - not only did it weigh my hair down, but when it dried, it just looked wet. I used the smallest amount (pea size). So disappointed. 

Love the smell, but doesn’t do all the amazing things I keep reading (on my 2b/2c hair). It doesn’t leave my hair feeling soft or really seem like it retains any of the moisture I have already in my hair.

I love how well this makes my curls shine and how soft they become. A small amount scrunched in to my dry hair and they have that soft, shiny look and their natural bounce back. This is worth every penny!

I love the Curlsmith bonding oil for my 4c hair. The oil is lightweight and doesn't add weight to my hair type. the packaging is super cute. I don’t have any problems with the smell. It leaves my hair with a great shine. This product was gifted by Curlsmith. This is my honest opinion and experience.
