I love that it's fragrance-free - it's such a life safer in the first trimester for me. Also, I haven't seen my hair having so much volume in a while. Love it.

Disappointed. Been using since 2023. Formulation must have change, Product is so thin I’m using 3 times as much. will NOT be repurchasing. Too high of a price for watered down product.

This is is my 5th time repurchasing. I have fine wavy hair and a VERY sensitive scalp. This is the only fragrance free shampoo available and it’s my holy grail product. I love Necessaire hair products.

I'm on my third re purchase because for me no other shampoo compares. I feel so clean after using it and with zero irritation. I also notice my back stays clear of blemishes when using this and the conditioner. a constant repurchase for me and I LOVE the packaging. just wish they sold the unscented line in the jumbo bottles.

This shampoo is perfect I have a very sensitive scalp and this is the only shampoo that doesn’t make my skin burn! Ive been using it for 3 yrs. The only thing is it is slightly drying so i either use oil for my scalp everyother wash or wait the right amount of days between washing. I havent had a problem with the dring my hair out unless i make the mistake of over washing

Before I started using this shampoo, I had a flaky and irritated scalp. Now I don't, which makes this the perfect shampoo for me. I've been using it for years now. The other members of my household use it as well, to equally good results. Sometimes I want to cheat with another shampoo but I keep coming back to this. I use the conditioner as well, and I do not need much of it. I read the comments about dryness and everyone is different, of course, and everyone's houses have different water/plumbing situations. I shampoo every other day, sometimes every three days, and it hasn't caused dryness problems, but I think my skin is on the slightly oily side to begin with. Nobody in my household has thinning hair but I started buying this years ago, thanks to all the helpful reviews from Sephora customers!

I used a few bottles of this Necessaire shampoo and I did find that it is very clarifying but also very drying. After not washing my hair after 2 days, this shampoo does make my hair and scalp feel VERY clean afterwards, but it also makes my hair and ends feel very dry. I have to follow the shampoo up with a very thick conditioner to offset this extra-drying feeling from the shampoo. If you are looking for a very deep clean and very clarifying shampoo, this is it, but it can feel a little harsh and dry if not followed up with a quality conditioner.

Ive repurchase this item many times. I continue to be curious and try other shampoos like k8, Ouai, Moroccan oil and always end up returning them! This is really the holy grail. Super deep cleaning, great for people who work out a lot and rarely wash their hair. It gets all the oily and funky feeling out.

For an "everyday" shampoo I love this, I love that it's fragrance free and still lathers well, I do go a couple of days between washes and it still cleanses well. I live in a state with drastic weather changes and I dye my hair FREQUENTLY and it doesn't dry out my hair, I was even dealing with dry scalp before using and it's helped me a lot and I do not use any other scalp products so I know it's from this

I have fine, straight hair and I used this about 1x for 3-4 weeks and it destroyed my hair! I had no other changes to my routine: I tried using this like my old clarifying shampoo (1x a week) while washing with a regular/nonclarifying shampoo 1-2x the rest of the week. My hair and scalp were completely dried out, no amount of hair oil or conditioning masks could save me. I had to cut off almost 2 inches of my split and damaged ends. Beware!
